Custom White Balloon Installation for Veronica and Charlie’s Christmas Wedding at W Austin Hotel

How fun is a wedding at Christmas time? We think that Veronica and Charlie had the right idea with their intimate church ceremony and bigger reception in December 2020. The church looks so pretty decorated in Christmas wreaths, and thanks to the Texas climate, there were still fall leaves on the ground that made for a great photoshoot.

The couple's intimate ceremony gave them tons of time for bride and groom photos, and they found tons of picturesque spots to pose. Their photos by Andy and Carrie Photography belong in a magazine!

After their photoshoot, the couple headed over to the elegant W Austin hotel, where more guests, and our balloons were ready to party. We created a custom white balloon arch for the entrance and a white balloon photo backdrop for the reception space. We love how much their guests took advantage of the backdrop! The white balloons really popped on the dark walls at W Austin.

Veronica, Charlie, and their guests danced the night away with the help of DJ Cassandra. They even brought out the glow sticks and fun props to amp up the vibe! 

A huge round of applause to Romance and Revelry for planning such a special day for the bride and groom. We love that it started as an intimate ceremony and morphed into a huge party. Congratulations, Veronica and Charlie!
