Kelsey Butler Harrison // CEO and Creative Director

Kelsey has been an active member in the Austin wedding industry for ten years. Although she started out as a wedding photographer, and eventually transitioned into the photo booth realm in 2015 when she founded Oh Happy Day Booth, a luxury photo booth company. Beginning in early 2019, clients began showing an interest in having balloon garlands as part of their photo booth backdrops, and after offering it as an add on for several months, she founded Pop & Drop to expand services outside of what could be in the frame of a photo booth camera!

Kelsey began using a wheelchair full-time in 2017 due to a progressive neurological disorder, and considers her experience using a wheelchair the biggest reason for her strength in efficiently delegating the physical side of executing incredible designs to the Pop & Drop team. Changing the way that people see professionals with disabilities is one of her passions.

Kelsey’s favorite thing about working in events has always been seeing clients’, planners’ and guests’ reactions to spaces her team works so hard to create. Her favorite design is when we hung festive streamers from the ceiling at the Oasis Brewery.
