Although each company has a different process, we narrowed it down to six questions we need answered from you to get your inquiry rocking and rolling and help your balloon dreams come to life!
What is your vision? This is important because we want to make sure we can execute exactly what you’re looking for! Because ideas are not contingent on directional design, we may have a completely different idea of what you’re communicating to us and what we think you’re asking for. Flood our inbox with inspo pictures (hellooooo Pinterest), pictures of the venue space, and the dimensions you’re looking to stay within. From those photos we’ll be able to copy your dream install and make it work for your space!
Are you open to hearing other ideas? As professionals in this industry, it’s important we come to the table with solutions for your event! That may mean we offer what we already have in stock (especially in a quick turn around!), what we think would be aesthetically pleasing, and what would cost you less money in the long run. You saving money = everyone is happy. If you want to stick to your vision no “ifs, ands or buts,” that’s not a problem, just let us know during the inquiry process as we create your design!
What colors and sizes are you looking for? It’s important that we know what colors and sizes you’re looking to have in your balloon decor! Depending on the time of your event, what we have in stock could keep the price down and avoid incurring rush fees and delivery. Colors and sizing of balloons differentiate, so knowing exactly what colors you want will help us determine the most accurate quote for you. The size of your balloon decor also helps us schedule our staff appropriately so we can execute your install in a timely manner!
Where is the location of your event and what time do you need to be set up by? When it comes to set up times, we’ve done it all! I’m talking anything from 4:00am to 11:00pm, you name it! We need ample time to set up for your event, so it’s vital to know what time you need us to be completed. Depending on the size of your balloon decor it could take us an hour or it could take us five+ hours. Our goal is to have you not worry about your balloon decor set up at all!
Although we hope to have locations around the nation one day, we are an Austin based company. We do travel to all different parts of Texas, even outside of the state! But the location of your event does matter when organizing our upcoming calendar and budget.
What is your budget? Speaking of budget, we want to make sure we manage expectations starting from what you’re comfortable spending. Nothing is worse than getting so excited about something and visualizing it for your event, than realizing it doesn’t fit in your bottom line. Whether you have a range or a hard number, it helps us move quickly to put together your design! Phrases like “We don’t want to spend too much” or “We don’t have a budget, so I’m open to hearing more” are not synonymous for every person so it can be difficult to pinpoint your expectations. We want to create something you (and your wallet) feel good about!
Does your venue approve balloon decor? Okay so I know we said that nothing is worse than realizing your dream decor doesn’t fit in budget, but this is a pretty close second. Make sure your venue will allow you to have balloons and approval that command strips and tape are allowed. We want to provide a killer install for you and it matches your vision!
