Sunset colored balloons at Junior League Austin's grand opening of new Community Impact Center
Floating balloons and garlands and clusters, oh my!
We had the honor of decorating Junior League Austin’s newest Community Impact Center for their grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony. The team wanted several balloon installations around the venue and when we saw the grand piano in the lobby, we knew we had to incorporate it!
For the multiple installations around the venue, we decided to have the balloons coming out of the piano in an ombre effect, tapering off at the top. We wanted to create a dramatic effect for guests the moment they walked into the building! Our wish came true when guests walked in and their jaw hit the floor as soon as they saw the floating balloons! We color blocked the same sunset theme for the giant garland around the entrance doors and on the boxwood wall to tie in the grand piano installation. For the large cluster above the navy sequin backdrop for their photo op, we decided to have varying sized balloons of the same colors offset the colors! We loved how different areas of the space were cohesive and it all flowed together.
This has been one of our favorite creative installations to date! We absolutely love incorporating props like the grand piano into our balloon decor. If you have an idea for an upcoming event, reach out today! hello@popanddroptx.com
